Submit Article

We welcome all author submissions for consideration for publication at REIJournal.com.

There are a few simple rules.

• Articles must be related to real estate investing.
• The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
• Article must be submitted to REIJournal.com only. We do not accept articles that already appear on the web in their identical form. If you have already submitted your article elsewhere, we will be happy to accept a unique rewrite of that article.
• Article should be between 500 and 1000 words. If an article is longer, we reserve the right to break it up into multiple pages.
• By submitting your articles to REIJournal.com, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
• Use the resource box portion of the article if you wish to link back to your site - Articles submitted will not be approved if they contain links in the body of the article belonging to the author. Only links to reference sites are allowed in the article body. Please use the resource box to link back to your site.
• Please limit resource box links to 2 or less.
• Submitting your articles to REIJournal.com does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind.
• Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in REIJournal.com- We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
• Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn’t meet this requirement.
