Advertising in one is very inexpensive and new ones are handed out by the thousands at all the local churches in your community every week.
Church bulletins are often read with interest by the parishioners before the church service and are often taken home after the service as it has news of upcoming church events. And generally one page of the bulletin will be ads from local businesses wishing to do business with the parishioners.
Your ad should be written with two thoughts in mind. The first one is to convey the message that you buy houses. The second message should be that you help people who are having problems with houses.
